Had a great stay at townhostel. Service was really good. Doms and also the washrooms were clean and hygienic. Specially a safe place for girls if you are staying in a group. The manager Xavier is very polite and cooperative. Loved my stay.

Absolutely loved my stay! The dorm was clean, comfortable, and had a great community vibe. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and welcoming environment!

I stayed here for 1 month. Hostel staffs are very professional, sometimes they even help you if you face any personal problems as well. Room and toilet get cleaned everyday and are in good condition. The location is perfect as everything is available in the vicinity. It is also nearby to the Airport. Beds are comfortable with good quality mattress. Fridge, RO water, tiffin service for food and laundry services are also available. It is also very safe as I didn't observe any safety issues during my stay.

Dormitory is Good here, actually. Maintenance, staff everything good. Feels like very luxurious dormitory as it is designed in well acceptable manner. Main thing is it is located very close railway station and some of the important places in Santacruz.
